's contest. The idea was to draw the reason Post-Mortem was delayed.

In this picture Thaxter (

's character) uses his water gun to hose down an evil being with purified water.

Needless to say it didn't work.

Oomagatoki (my character through adoption) was the target. If there is anything the dragon horse hates more than being bathed in noonday sunlight its being hosed with purified water. Especially by a male (he would forgive a female, especially if she were a real vision).

The vexed stallion sends poor Thaxter flying out of the comic strip and into the cosmos.

thus spends weeks trying to retrieve her lost protagonist so she can continue the story.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely lost my shit when Thaxter was kicked out of the realms of comic-dom and sent flying into orbit!

Thanks! This was plan C and I'm glad I went with it. Mostly inspired by Thaxter's bio. When I saw him with that squirt gun and read how he uses it... I just had to include it!
